Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Spark Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, conducting data reconciliations, and supporting critical business initiatives. Your work will directly impact key business decisions by generating actionable insights and providing valuable metrics that drive performance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, data analysis and project management, with a proven ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to leverage multiple systems or platforms to solve complex problems, and a keen interest in producing data-driven solutions that inform strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Provide clear, reliable, and actionable metrics that help guide business decisions and measure successDetect fraud-related activities and thoughtfully action ahead of business impactSupport collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive process-improving initiatives aligned with business objectives Process high volumes of requests quickly and accurately, ensuring completion within expected timelinesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or related Business field and 2 years’ experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management or 4 years' experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project ManagementAbility to translate business pain-points into actionable initiatives, backed-up by data-driven metricsSome experience with Operational best practices and an outstanding ability to both work collaboratively and independently, always ensuring effective communication

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
