ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
• Coordinate and maintain the master production schedule for the business.
• Stay current with market conditions surrounding aircraft build rates.
• Participate in annual AOP planning of rates.
• Support and assist in the management of the S&OP business rhythm.
• Manage Demand Review Meetings.
• Liaison between Programs, Operations, Manufacturing, and Sourcing in the tracking of production.
• Assist in reviews of customer request for schedule changes and provide final sign off for Material Planning. Maintain tracking.
• Interface with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Use lean principles to drive process improvements.
• Assist in the management of inventories to eliminate and prevent excess and inactive materials.
• Drive accurate business forecast with easy to access and transparent data.
• Subject matter expert on ERP system, help troubleshoot issues, and mentor others.
• Responsible for the rescheduling of Top and Sub Assembly work orders.
• Backup the Material Manager for key meeting cadences such as CMR, Monthly Inventory, and Staff Meetings.
• Daily and weekly activities to maintain accurate data in ERP system.
• Provides support to the Materials Manager by providing input into various weekly / monthly reports, identifying, or advising any unusual trends in cost, quality, delivery, demand, or supply risks.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university or college or equivalent of 5-7 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or production planning.

Position Salary Range: $74,700 - $112,100/Annual. Hiring range and position pay range may differ, commensurate with education, qualifications, and experience.
