Position Responsibilities: Manages end-to-end improvements of Shared Business Services processes by supporting documentation, design, and transformation efforts, enhancing operational efficiency through analysis of business processes and financial data, and utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business cases for change Facilitate workshops to document current processes and design future states, perform gap analysis, and work with process owners on planning/executing transformation roadmaps to drive scalability and end-to-end effectiveness in Shared Business Services processes Conduct data analyses and use data findings to develop process improvement plans/business solutions and drive efficiencies Communicate analyses and findings with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for updating existing processes and launching of new processes Lead the execution of business solutions by communicating project plans to all stakeholders, establish performance standards, clarify business priorities and information/data, and measure project progress Support a continuous improvement culture by providing training and coaching to team members on process optimization Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
