How will this role have an impact?

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Clinical Product Owner to join our Product Management team. Serving as a key member of the team, this role is responsible for understanding the clinical and product and services needs of our customer to build for our Medicare Advantage and Fee for Service Programs within CVS Accountable Care. You will develop a deep understanding of the product vision, the value it brings to customers and its market differentiation. You will understand the key performance indicators for our business, and strive to understand user problems, and creatively find solutions with cross-functional teams that clearly connect to business value. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy working with a highly motivated and experienced cross-functional team that loves tackling new problems and supporting innovation.

What will you do?

● Support and serve as the Clinical Product subject matter expert of the Medicare products

● Collaborate and support the Associate, Medicare Advantage Product Owner as well as other product owners on the CVS Accountable Care team for clinical needs and alignment of program strategy.

● Build a deep understanding of the needs of our providers, payor partners, and our clinical programs and services to strategize alignment to Medicare programs

● Collaborate without cross-functional partners in operations, engineering, analytics, partner success, product and legal.

● Support in the deployment of Medicare products by collaborating with our cross-functional partners in operations, engineering, analytics, partner success, product and legal to bring key components of the deployment plan into reality

● Translate customer needs into functional requirements that drives action and provides sound direction to engineering, product owners and stakeholders ● Collaborate with other CVS Accountable Care product owners on user stories and ensure cross team communication, outlining key dependencies and surfacing any risks.

● Build a deep understanding of the needs of our Providers & payor partners with a specific focus on key population health functions in our foundation and clinical programs.

● Identify and evaluate activities that prioritize process improvements or gaps ● Develop and manage strong, collaborative relationships with associated product team and other stakeholders, as needed, to help drive results

● Clinical and product management experience that is customer focused (RN preferred)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
