What this job involves:
We have an exciting role for a Senior Analyst, Research to support the US Sales Enablement team. We are searching for a strategically minded, client-centric and pro-active individual who along with his/her team will be responsible for creating detailed/short client reports, genrate relevant prospect client list and other market research projects. The intelligence and analysis created will be utilized by country leadership teams to build robust and research-backed plans that drive strong and sustained profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with diverse range of teams across the United Sates to fulfil their needs on company and market level Information and analysis; you will be required to:
Work on detailed/short company and other market research projectsMonitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projectsEnsure stakeholders satisfaction by providing high-quality client deliverables with actionable insightsProvide inputs to improve existing research tools and help develop new tools using automationAct as a point of contact for research support and address as well as fulfil stakeholders needs on various research requirementsAble to manage one or more projects, in addition to your individual project.Assist in maintaining work ethics and ensure no SLA miss in the teamMaintain the Intelligence Hub to ensure materials are easily accessible and up to date, with old materials archived as necessaryAssist seniors in workflow management and allocation of work to team membersPromote the team to drive awareness and utilization through internal communication channelsContribute actively to the initiatives in the wider Intelligence Hub teamPreferred experience and essentials:
Key essentials for your role with the Intelligence HubStrong planning, project management and problem resolution skills.Have knowledge of databases such as Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, Pitchbook, and Sales Navigator.Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Well versed with working on MS PPT, Excel, and WordAcademics & ExperienceRelevant graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputed institution.2+ years of relevant market research & consulting experience.Stakeholder Engagement
The role will work closely with the client and sales teams across the US to meet their research requirements. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management are required.
Analytical, Strategic and Creative Thinker
You will need to have a diverse range of skills to collect, analyse and present information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Focus on Quality and Improvement
You will have a focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team. In addition to guiding and mentoring analysts aligned to you, the candidate would be responsible for conducting quality control checks to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Influencing and Teamwork
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively to build domain knowledge within the team.
