Our team - Sourcing Solutions & Commercial Intelligence - strives to transform the BioPharma Solutions & Strategic Sourcing organization to become the leading biopharma distributor and services provider. We aim to consistently exceed customer expectations, drive significant growth, and streamline operations by developing innovative analytics solutions and commercial services. The team is responsible for managing a set of strategic analytics programs for suppliers and customers, supporting the Strategic Sourcing organization with commercial and market intelligence solutions, and identifying and developing new strategic plans and growth levers for our business.
This role will serve as a business and analytics specialist supporting the SOURCESM Generics Program. The role will create value by supporting pricing operations, research activities, and report automation. Operations responsibilities include executing pricing maintenance activities for all items in the SOURCESM Generics portfolio and processing SOURCESM Generics Rebates. Research responsibilities include conducting audits on pricing data, chargeback data and customer data. Reporting responsibilities include developing internal and external facing self-service analytics solutions (BOBJ, Alteryx, Looker, Tableau, etc.). This role plays an essential role assuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives within the SOURCESM Generics Program.
Location - Targeting individuals local to Central Ohio, as this team operates in a hybrid work structure (Tuesday through Thursday in-office at our global headquarters in Dublin, Ohio with Monday's and Friday's being work-from-home / remote)
Responsibilities
Executes pricing changes for new and existing items on pricing systems.Maintains adequate documentation on pricing changes.Adheres and enhances standard operating procedures on al pricing management activities.Partners with Chargeback analysts to conduct research audits on price changes.Collaborates with Internal and External Audit providing research and analysis on pricing changes.Develops and enhances reporting tools to assist with pricing and chargeback research.Builds customer contract and pricing reports.Supports processing and payment operations for SOURCESM Generics customers.Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and policies supporting the program.Partners with Revenue Management teams to plan and execute pricing strategies.Qualifications
Open to fresh college graduates or individuals with 2+ years of total experience in a related field (could include internships), preferred.Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement new processes.Experience conducting and developing audit processes.Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.Sense of urgency, attention to detail and accountability needed.Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicates effectively.Enjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently.Strong interpersonal skills; Client service oriented (both internal and external).Attention to detail, ability to multi‐task, and prioritize workload in a fast‐paced environment.Must bring a data-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx) a plus but not required.What is expected of you and others at this level
