**About the role**
CBRE Investment Management is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy and Transformation team based in New York City, focused on supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to help drive the Company’s CBRE IM’s continued growth and expansion.
The Corporate Strategy and Transformation Group- sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution- plays a central role in shaping the CBRE IM's long term direction and driving critical global initiatives. The Group works closely with senior leadership to tackle high-impact challenges, optimize business operations, and execute transformational projects. Initiatives that the Group develops and executes span across a wide range of strategic priorities, including operating model design and implementation, competitor research and monitoring, organic growth opportunities, M&A support, operational process improvements, business intelligence, product development, and other firm-wide priorities set by the leadership team.
Individuals within the Group have a unique opportunity to develop deep strategic and operational expertise, with potential career paths that include leading corporate-wide initiatives or transitioning into an investment or operations role in one of our real asset businesses.
**What you’ll do**
+ Develops a deep understanding of CBRE IM’s business, its operations, and the real assets industry, including researching competitors, different operating models, and secular industry trends
+ Drives conceptual problem solving with the team, leadership, and the business to understand and evaluate strategic initiatives (growth opportunities, operational improvements, etc.)
+ Uses data, facts, and logical reasoning to formulate hypotheses, make decisions, interpret complex information, and distill key insights into a clear, concise, and actionable format
+ Supports the preparation of written memos, reports and analyses for senior management, recommending strategic actions leadership should pursue
+ Builds financial models to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on the firm's operations and financial performance, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
+ Assists in executing large-scale transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring, M&A integration, business process improvements, technology implementations, etc.
+ Drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of key strategic priorities and transformation efforts
**What you’ll need**
+ 1-3 years of experience at a management consulting firm
+ Proven record of contributing to successful strategic consulting engagements
+ Self-starter with the intellectual curiosity and desire to drive organizational change
+ Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
+ Results-oriented, and ability to perform well under pressure against tight deadlines
+ Team player mentality and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
+ Interest in real assets; past experience preferred but not required
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficiency in BI tools a plus
+ Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent graduate degree a plus

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM’s applicable benefit program.
