Senior Analyst, Supply Chain and Finance System Delivery

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain System and Finance System Delivery serves as the functional and technical support analyst for the delivery of projects and enhancements related to our Finance and Supply chain systems. You will be accountable for ensuring the design, technical outcomes, architecture and project execution are successful. This includes taking an ATCO lens to the design and ensuring the end user design can be operationalized.

What Else You Get To Do

Supporting the Business Analyst with requirements and cost/time estimations, design of current and future state process maps Investigations and gap analysis support, while identifying risks and dependencies Estimating enhancement cards Working through critical design specifications, writing technical and functional specifications for use by delivery partners  Supporting small enhancements with configuration  Work with operations teams on monitoring requirements Document critical maintenance requirements for patching, certifications and technical design.  Working with the test lead and business analyst to execute unit and SIT testing Integration data and execution validations with our integration support partner Support in release documentation for transition to operations Participate in the change control processes with documentation and CAB presentations Work with operational teams for the operational handover and release strategy including updates to maintenance documentation

Who You Are: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or extensive experience supporting supply chain and finance systems. ITIL certification or equivalent work experience is preferred  8+  years of system management in Finance and supply chain systems Hands-on technical experience in Information Systems and Technology including Oracle Finance and supply chain modules and Unifier. Experience working in a multi-vendor environment where there are diverse teams of operations, delivery, security and solution architecture.  Knowledge and hands-on experience using productivity tools such as Office 365 Experience using DevOps and releases management tools such as Jira and Git Hub Excellent communication skills and be able to use non-technical language to explain technology to non-IT stakeholders Maintain knowledge of IT solutions, service offerings and emerging technologies Ability to be discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
