Senior Analyst, Talent Management – Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)

Role is responsible for contributing to Global Talent Management initiatives across Western Union, including annual performance review, goal setting, and talent review. The position will lead the project management of talent initiatives, collaborate with the team to ideate updated solutions/process, lead reporting/analytics solutions, troubleshoot challenges, use Workday to implement, partner with stakeholders and create training/support resources.  

This role will contribute to the execution of Talent initiatives, own end-to-end project management, work closely with cross-functional teams, optimization opportunities, track details, and be accountable for seamless execution. The professional will collaborate with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to execute talent initiatives. Proficiency in Workday is essential.  

Role Responsibilities

Support the execution of the end-to-end annual performance review, goal setting, and talent review processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  Lead the project management and execution of talent processes.  Utilize Workday to implement talent processes – includes configuration, problem solving, testing and reporting.  Create resources and materials including training, job aids, etc. that support talent practices.  Create reports, track success measures, analyze and interpret outcomes.   Serve as a Global Talent Programs point of contact to problem solve and troubleshoot issues. Build stakeholder relationships/ anticipate their needs. Collaborate with the Talent team to identify opportunities for improvement, ideate enhancements and innovative solutions for Talent processes. 

Role Requirements

3+ years of experience with performance management, talent review and project management  Bachelor’s degree in people-oriented field or equivalent experience  Advanced communication skills including the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.    Experience working effectively with complex, cross-cultural teams.  Knowledge and experience with Workday Talent Modules    Strong cross-functional, complex project management and problem-solving skills.  Ability to analyze, interpret and manipulate data.  Strong skillset in successful stakeholder management at various levels: communication, planning, stakeholder expectations management, needs assessment, negotiation, and influence.  Strong organizational change management skills, strong sense of ownership and accountability   Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Salary

Annual base salary range is $81,900 – $115,900 and short-term incentives (10% of base) that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
