Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Analytics - Remote Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Analytics at KinderCare, you will play a critical role in supporting our labor efforts by using data and insights to support workforce & labor strategy and operational efficiency across our network of childcare centers.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pivotal initiatives that enhance staffing models, improve resource allocation, and drive business outcomes. Your strategic thought partnership will help transform internal labor management processes and will help extend those processes across KinderCare brands.

Key Responsibilities:Apply analytics techniques to analyze workforce & labor data, including center level labor performance, staffing levels, employee data, and labor costs.Develop forecasts and leverage staffing models based on historical data, trends, and business projections to ensure optimal staffing levels across our centers.Collaborate with cross functional teams to find opportunities for improvement in scheduling, staffing, and labor resource allocation to meet business goals and needs.Translate data findings into clear recommendations and pivotal initiatives. Partner with leadership to implement solutions that drive operational excellence and cost savings.Create insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to business partners at all levels of the organization.Own workforce management processes including developing labor hour targets for centers & the software that communicated those targets to field partners.

 

Qualifications: Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related fieldWorkforce analytics, labor planning, or related field's experience, preferably in a multi-unit or retail environment.Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.Highly proficient in ExcelSQL & data visualization (PowerBI) experience preferred.Strong eye for business and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present sophisticated information in a clear and concise manner.Experience working with workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos, Workday) is a plus.Highly motivated & intellectually curious, self-starter
