This role is responsible for providing **planning, reporting, and analytical support** to help drive business performance, enable strategic planning, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and experience working in a cross-functional environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Collaborate with Regional and Functional Leaders:** + Partner with **Regional Sales Operations** teams to collect, validate, and analyze sales and operational data. + Act as a liaison between the COO’s office and **functional leaders** (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Channel, Renewal & CSM teams). **Reporting and Dashboard Creation:** + Develop, maintain, and automate **reports, dashboards, and presentations** for leadership reviews and executive reporting. + Ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights from key business metrics. **Planning and Forecasting Support:** + Support annual and quarterly **business planning cycles** , including **forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting** exercises. + Assist with aligning cross-functional objectives to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans. **Analytical Insights and Business Performance Tracking:** + Provide insights on **KPIs** such as revenue attainment, operational performance, and headcount utilization. + Identify operational bottlenecks and propose **data-backed solutions** to improve business outcomes. **Project and Process Management:** + Assist in managing strategic initiatives and process improvements driven by the COO’s office. + Ensure timely delivery of operational reports and projects, coordinating across multiple teams. **Qualifications and Skills:** + **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). + 5-8 years of experience in **business operations, financial planning & analysis (FP&A)** , or **sales operations** roles. + Strong **analytical and quantitative skills** with experience in **data analysis, forecasting, and reporting** . + Proficiency in tools like **Excel, Power BI, Tableau** , and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., **Salesforce** ). + Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to collaborate across multiple teams and present findings to leadership. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and **thrive in a fast-paced environment** . + Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on **process improvements and business optimization** .
