Senior Analyst  Job Description Summary:   D&G is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the CISA Infrastructure Security Division (ISD). Cisa ISD conducts and facilitates assessments to help critical infrastructure owners and operators and State, local, tribal, and territorial partners understand and address risks to critical infrastructure. The Senior Analyst will provides daily operations services that ensure that ISD employees have access to resources for any day-to-day workforce needs and that training requests/ approvals are processed accurately, adhere to DHS/CISA policies, properly communicated, and tracked.  Roles & Responsibilities:   + Develop, manage, update ISD organizational charts and diagrams. + Conduct human capital or workforce-related research projects. + Evaluate and enhance Workforce Services SharePoint sites to provide current and relevant information or new functionality to support both Workforce Services internal needs and the needs of the ISD workforce. + Design workforce projections that include functions and sources by location. + Design and draft reports, job aids, or instruction sheets, surveys, or other tools, based on information gathered or solicited from appropriate federal personnel. Requirements:   + Bachelors degree + 3-8 years’ experience providing operational support to senior executive level management with human capital projects.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Possess DHS Suitability Additional Requirements: This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))    Location:    + ONSITE: Full-time onsite at client location in Arlington, VA with some hybrid flexibility.
