Responsibilities: * Senior Analyst will assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by Tier 1 * Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles * Research problems and partner with outside teams for resolution * As a Senior Analyst, you will assist with the administration of computer security policies and vulnerability checks using established policies and procedures * Assist with the implementation of tactical projects and software releases using predefined project methodologies * Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
