Senior Analyst
Our client, a major national manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team in the Anti-Corruption department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Pay:** $40.00/hr. **Fully Remote** **Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm** Long-Term Temporary Job Opportunity! **What’s the Job?** + Conduct in-depth reviews of business processes and related controls to identify deficiencies that could lead to potential bribery and corruption risks across the organization's operations, business partners, and third-party relationships. + Assist in the establishment of internal reporting mechanisms for compliance-related concerns. + Monitor and review financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established controls and policies. + In collaboration with Legal and Internal Audit, participate in investigations into potential violations of anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, ensuring thorough documentation, analysis, and reporting of findings to senior management and relevant authorities, as required. + Identify control deficiencies, potential fraud, and irregularities through data analysis, and escalate for appropriate corrective actions. + Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening controls, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall compliance. + Prepare reports and presentations for Compliance management regarding the effectiveness of controls and the status of remediation efforts. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and Internal Audit, to align compliance efforts and establish effective controls across departments. + Participate in external audits and compliance reviews to demonstrate the organization's commitment to anti-bribery and anti-corruption efforts. + Assist in the development and execution of compliance-related training programs for employees at all levels, promoting a culture of ethical behavior and integrity. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in business, finance, government affairs, or a related field. + A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate fraud and forensic investigations, transaction monitoring, due diligence, and/or FCPA compliance. + Strong understanding of financial control frameworks and best practices. Good working knowledge of global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations, such as the FCPA/UK Bribery Act, and their applicability in the corporate setting and across third parties. + Proven experience in assessing, designing, and implementing control structures. + Experience working in an SAP environment. Knowledge of Concur a plus. + Strong investigatory skills, including the ability to conduct internal investigations, gather evidence, and prepare clear and concise reports. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to use technology effectively to analyze large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and potential control weaknesses.
