We are hiring a Senior Analyst for our Rockford, IL site (hybrid). The successful candidate will be a self-starter, an effective communicator, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well supporting internal and external customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

Work with key stakeholders including Customers, Program Management, SIOP, and Operations to ensure delivery schedules are met per customer requirements.

Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Develops bids & proposals and prepares process specifications, progress and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

Conducts contract review and warranty administration and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Perform various transactions in SAP including Quotation creation, Sales Order entry, and running reports.

Work with various Government systems to fulfill order entry and execute transactions.

Support monthly SIOP process by providing input data for Demand and Supply Reviews.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Experience in contract administration with an understanding of contract terms and conditions, commercial quoting, business writing and customer relationship management.

Qualifications We Prefer

Previous aerospace contract/warranty experience

FAR 12, FAR 15 contracting knowledge

Negotiating experience

SAP experience

Expert to advance level in Microsoft Office in Excel (Pivot tables and V Lookups)

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
