Summary This Senior Analyst, CRM for campaign orchestration is responsible for leading and supporting omni-channel campaign execution and audience delivery for channels including direct mail, email, SMS, App and digital media and corresponding offer creation. It will be supporting pivotal initiatives while providing recommendations to optimize Marketing channel performance. It works to support training efforts of team Analysts while collaborating with the team Manager to look for opportunities for efficiencies and process improvement. Responsibilities + Independently build and execute campaign segmentation and offers supporting direct mail, email, SMS and app campaigns within the team’s tools and platforms. + Evaluate existing processes with an eye for process improvement & simplification. + Reimagine existing direct mail campaign selection process and ideate fresh approaches for customer communication using BBW’s CDP and Data Warehouse. + Carry out campaign QA including promo offers and test audiences. Help automate existing manual QA processes. Provide campaign/QA review to team members. + Setup and check promos created within offer tools to ensure the promotion functions as intended for the corresponding campaign and end user experience. + Collaborate with Marketing Tech, Strategy & Analytics teams to develop campaigns driving Omni channel purchase behavior. + Change segmentation and campaign setup as required to drive Marketing priorities, identify and leverage additional or non-standard data attributes for segmentation. + Accountable for quality and accuracy of deliverables, adjusting timelines accordingly when QA requires updates in work and communicate impacts to internal, cross-functional and vendor partners as needed. + Validate campaign counts and offer suggestions on segmentation to Strategy partners when counts are not meeting targeted quantities. + Ensure offers assigned to customer segments are in alignment with the goals of the campaign based on direction provided by strategy partners. + Maintain and adhere to deliverable trackers for channel support while understanding and calling out any potential risk to SLAs + Create and coordinate campaign deliverable requirements with vendors. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience + 2+ years of related experience preferably in a marketing, analytics or financial environment. + Prior experience in setting up campaigns, promos/coupons and building audiences. + Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to translate technical into non-technical terms as well as translate strategic thinking into a plan for execution. + Analytical problem solver with ability to identify and proactively solve problems. + Comfortable delegating tasks to other team members while taking accountability for deliverables. + Previous experience working in a data warehouse and/or Customer Data Platform (CDP) environment. + Basic SQL experience required. Intermediate SQL preferred. + Experience with a campaign selection tool such as Unica, Alteryx, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Enterprise Guide.
