The Strategic Growth & Insights team within the Small Business Customer Growth Marketing team develops integrated marketing strategies across channels delivering customer value through meaningful interactions at every touch to drive deepened relationships and long-term engagement amongst our existing customers. The Senior Analyst - Customer Card Treatment and Offer Strategy will lead and drive the Card Treatment & offer Strategy across Customer acquisition channels for Cross-Sell, Upgrade, and Employee Card. These programs are fundamental to the business and are proven levers for deepening customer relationships and accelerating revenue. We seek to provide the right welcome offer to the right customer at the right time through a personalized offer experience, and evolving and optimizing this strategy will be an integral part of our growth. They will support Card Treatment marketing strategy across Customer marketing channels and act as a critical link between analytics, product, and the broader customer and prospect marketing teams. This person will provide strategic, data-driven insights to grow the business and better meet the needs of our small business customers. Senior Analyst - Customer Card Treatment and Offer Strategy will also support Offer Strategy and partnering with key stakeholders to project the anticipated impact of offers, monitor ongoing offer performance and assess post-performance across both offers. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally across various teams including Channel Marketers, Product Management, Risk, Analytics and Finance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies to deepen and profitably grow revenue for Card Treatments (Cross-Sell, Upgrades and Employee Card). + Project Manage and oversee implementation and performance of Card Treatment and offer strategies across Customer Marketing Channels + Collaborate closely with Analytics to articulate opportunities to support and grow the initiatives, ideate new offer constructs, and ensure all cross-functional partners are aligned. + Identify tests of existing offer constructs, in partnership with Analytics and Channel owners + Partner with all Cross-Sell, Upgrades and Employee Card treatment owners across channels to ensure consistent strategy roll-out and collaborate with Product and Risk Partners to inform strategy. + Own offer Customer Offer Hub including maintaining excellent documentation of historical and future offers, Track and analyze results centrally and establish checkpoint forums with Analytics **Minimum Qualifications:** + 1-2 years of Marketing /PMO experience + Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively and compliantly + Outstanding organizational skills: ability to clearly outline detailed next steps, while ensuring the overarching “big picture” goal is not lost + Robust analytical skills: Has the ability to draw insights and into an actionable recommendation to drive results, challenge the status quo, and promote innovation + Strong relationship building skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners + Exemplary communication skills; shares updates and insights clearly and frequently + Positive energy and enthusiasm with a “can-do” attitude and sense of humor + Comfort in working in Power Point and Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior experience in supporting or working on marketing strategy or execution is preferred **Qualifications** Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
