The Senior Analyst - Financial Systems reporting to Manager- Reporting and Consolidations is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Campbell’s financial systems and related processes. This role serves as the primary technical expert for financial software, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency. The Senior Analyst - Financial Systems collaborates cross-functionally to support financial reporting, system upgrades, and integrations, while providing end-user support during close and projection cycles. Requirements include strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and contribution to organization success by ensuring financial systems align with strategic objectives.
What you will do…
Support Finance by actively managing the accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A") systems via scheduling, reconciling, and other activities related to financial close, projection, and budgeting cycles
Coordinate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team by overseeing training sessions, facilitating development plans, mentor coaching, and hands on support for system troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to outline goals and objectives, provide actionable insights, and complete value-added processes
Partner with IT and third-party vendors to ensure system integrity and security
Develop and document procedures, workflows, and best practices
Analyze current system processes to identify and implement enhancements to drive continuous improvement
Responsible for performing data validation and UAT for new deliverables
Assist in development and maintenance of system implementations
Manage schedule of releases and testing for system updates
Generate reports and dashboards to support financial analysis
Support XPA (Extended Planning & Analysis) / IBP (Integrated Business Planning) initiatives
Ad hoc/special projects as needed
Job Complexity:
Responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely validation of financial metrics per company standards and best practices
Communicate effectively cross functionally
Attain proficiency in Campbell’s financial/operational processes and data collection
Position requires a strong analytical mindset; strong collaboration skills and excellent problem solving
Must be flexible, organized, and capable of performing multiple tasks; comfortable working under strict deadlines; ability to prioritize and shift between tasks on short notice
What you bring to the table (must have)…
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field
Familiarity with financial systems management and reporting tools (preferred experience with SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidations), SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Blackline, CoStar and/or Microsoft Power BI)
Minimum of two years experience

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$65,800-$94,600Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
