Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY SKILLS 

Assist in periodic/quater/year-end close activities.Prepare journal entries, run account analysis and period close exception reports.Assist Accounting Manager in project accounting, collaborate cross function with Finance, IT and Real Estate team.Assist in providing supporting documentation for quarterly reviews/year-end audits with internal and external auditors.Assist Accounting Manager in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance financial controls Ad hoc projects, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical, organizational, conflict solving and negotiation skills.Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel. Experience with Oracle FA Module preferred.Team player who also works well independently.Must be able to communicate effectively in both an oral and written manner.Strong work commitment and ability to work under pressure.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business 3+ years related experience and/or training
