The candidate in this role will be responsible for configuration and testing during different stages of implementation on our platform. Candidate will be responsible for the completion of all process, procedure, and training related tasks, which form a part of an implementation.
Candidate in this role will be responsible for system configuration and testing on Health & Benefits platform.Demonstrate good setup and testing competency.Meet or exceed all the SLAs for delivered assignments.Follow all the standard procedures of the process, keep process documents updated and participate in process improvements, adding value to the ongoing delivery.Communicate timely and proactively to the Configuration/ Test Lead and onshore stakeholders.Ability to creatively find workarounds and good problem-solving capability.Learn and understand business specific domain.What is in it for you?
