Key Responsibilities: Responsible for consultation to the internal and/or external customerPossess expertise in the customer area he/she supports and has technical understanding of the business unit’s systems, capabilities, and respective technologiesAnalyze customer processes and requirementsPrepare specified project documentation according to UAL standardsAssist in business process redesign as neededMaintain communication with customer and team members and promote a team environmentWorks/Consults across multiple complex projects that require subject matter expertiseIs accountable for projects or programs with low to moderate risk and resource requirementsFunctions as a project leader by providing direction, tools and process support to less senior employees Facilitate meetings with Technology and Business Leaders to develop needs and requirementsConsults with business managersPlan and Design solutions after requirements are gatheredDevelops best practice solutionsDevelops improvement and enhancement to current solutionsDevelops compliance and adherence to principlesTranslates business requirements to technical requirementsAgile Facilitation: Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and implemented effectively within Agile and/or SAFe frameworks.Continuous Improvement: Provide insights into improving business processes, system functionalities, and team practices to enhance overall efficiency.Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team success through thought leadership and best practices.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
