Senior Analyst Inventory

By joining us as a Senior Analyst, Inventory, you will be responsible for reporting and supporting the SIOP team in their reports in balancing consensus demand forecasts with constrained supply and consistent with and supportive of the Emerson planning cycle and expectations. You will engage in collaborative efforts to address and resolve issues related to inventory data integrity, consolidation, and reporting.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide daily global inventory analysis. Conduct daily/weekly days on-hand inventory. Provide monthly consignment inventory. Prepare the planning Bill of Materials of one factory site as scheduled (material forecast). Support and prepare other SIOP (Sale, Inventory and Operations Planning) team reporting. Validate orders to support the integrity of data. Work mostly in the Oracle system for inventory data and BOM. Participate in root cause analysis for delayed orders caused by planning and attributes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related courses. 4 years of relevant experience in data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting with experience in Purchasing, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Planning Fair degree of understanding in the field of Supply Chain particularly in the sales, inventory, and operations planning concepts and processes Knowledge of the Bill of Materials and understanding of parent/child relationships that make up assemblies. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP Software Systems) for multi-level BOMs. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.). Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Business Intelligence.
