Toyota’s People and Property Services team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst, Commodity SME.

The primary responsibility of this role is to help create strategies, develop countermeasures/plans, gain executive consensus, and execute projects of varied sizes and types related to onsite services utilized by our employees.  Examples of these offerings range from childcare, fitness, dining, banking, mail/package services, etc., depending on the location.

Reporting to the Manager – People & Property Services, this person will support the Corporate Shared Services department's objective to meet performance, manage/monitor budgets and quality targets while gathering information to support service level KPIs for multiple service offerings across multiple locations within their designated region. 

What you’ll be doing 

Assist with the creation of service offering strategies, develop countermeasures/plans, gain executive consensus, and execute projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.  Evaluate the current state of service offerings across employee locations and seek to determine future state recommendations, based on standardization and operational efficiencies. Deliver multiple commodities and services with a regional approach (mail/packages, dining, uniforms, janitorial, childcare, etc.) to multiple sites and in a standard fashion to meet customer expectations.  Understand and interpret design and construction drawings and specifications. Identify project delivery resource requirements, prepare and review cost estimates/budgets, create and interpret project schedules, strong understanding of the critical path and task dependencies for successful project delivery.Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Manage national and local supplier operational relationships: KPI updates and analysis, problem-solving, QBR prep/execution/follow-up, coaching, process development, etc.Track project costs, tasks, milestones, and deadlines and effectively manage the department´s budget. 

What you bring 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Demonstrated experience managing Shared Services commodities/Facilities for multi-site, varied employee base program delivery.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts, “tell a story” and make recommendations to executive management.Demonstrated Finance experience including budgeting, financial modeling, and project management responsibilities.Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, if not less to sites.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).

Added bonus if you have 

Hands-on proficiency with Ariba and processing of invoices.Experience with procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract law.Proficiency with SAP & BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) reporting.
