Responsibilities
Partner with Business Leaders and develop new business strategies, based on analytic research, that streamlines current practices.Provide a link between raw data and business performance via the creation, enhancement, and upkeep of performance metrics, reports, as well as data interpretation and analysis. Partnering with senior management to drive decisions and share insights.Contribute to establishing company policy and oversee key initiatives designed to increase operational productivity and company profitability.Make significant contributions to our Analytics team and help them deliver deep and valuable insights to our Production, Support, and Executive TeamsExcel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment championing the creation, design, and implementation of value-add business strategies that affect current operating practices and company policy.Clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience including the operations staff, senior management, and 3rd party clients.Training and guiding new analysts, fostering their professional development and aiding their growth within the organization.Preferred Qualifications
Proven self-starter and independent thinkerExtensive experience with SQL5+ years’ experience visualizing data, automating reports and analyses in TableauSkilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas – recapture analytics, marketing analytics, sales, capital marketsBachelor’s Degree or better in Analytics, Data, Finance, Math, or other quantitative disciplineExperience with Salesforce or in Mortgage industry preferredJob Qualifications:
Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment.Strong attention to detail.Experience building predictive models in real life environment using tools like Python or R preferredFast learner – able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment.5+ years in Analytics#LI-EM2
