• Scope: LAZADA and AIDC

AIDC – TW, HK, SG, MY, TH, VN, KR, AU & IN
• Involved in various HRSSC operations - to support and/or execute, including but not limited to:
Payroll administration
Employee masterdata and organization structure and data
Continuous improvement initiatives
Employee and organization data reporting and analytics (mandatory/statutory and ad-hoc)
HR and HRSSC related audits
Employee and manager self-service
Ali Assistant and LazRita training and maintenance
Ali Assistant and LazRita performance tracking
Pfiles management
HRSSC APAC performance matrix definition
HRSSC APAC performance tracking
HRSSC APAC SOPs – creation, maintenance and deprecation
New legal entity employment and payroll qualifications setup
• The main areas of responsibilities are to support and execute activities/tasks related to payroll administration, HR masterdata maintenance, HR reports and audits, continuous improvements, employee and manager self-service, HR bots (小海豚, Ali Assistant and LazRita), Pfiles management, HRSSC APAC team performance management, HRSSC APAC SOPs maintenance, employment and payroll qualifications setup and HRSSC APAC projects.
• Execute and support day-to-day operations and ensure a high-quality HR service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to:
Country HR teams
HRGs/HRBPs
HR CoE
People Tech
Procurement
Legal
Finance/Treasury
WPS
IT
• Continue to develop oneself – so that HRSSC APAC Operations continue to move towards becoming a high-performing team.
• Act in compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures across APAC.
