**Germany Payroll Specialist**
**Job description:**
To our GSS in Warsaw we are searching for a new member of the German Payroll. We are looking for a person who is passionate for payroll and has a strong understanding of how payroll processes work and connect. A perfect candidate should be a quick-learner and have solid grounds of German payroll. We work in a multinational, mostly remote environment, so it’s essential that you are keen to meet new people and connect with them daily with ease. Being able to communicate in English ang German is a non-negotiable since our partners are English and German speakers.
In this position you will be responsible for reviewing & supervising the processing of monthly payroll data changes submitted by the variety of stakeholders, processing information from and to SAP , supporting T&A system and much more. Another part of this job will be to support our internal partner in any Tier3 activities and queries.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Reviewing & supervising following monthly processes:
+ Processing new hires and leavers
+ Uploading time sheets & managing T&A system;
+ Managing monthly & adhoc activities via SAP
+ Inputting all non-recurrent data: bonuses, shift premiums, overtime, etc.
+ Inputting recurrent data: car benefit, transportation allowance, garnishments, etc.
+ Processing absences: medical leave, maternity, paternity, etc.
+ Checking T&A and payroll output: T&A sheets, payslips, reports, GL files, payments, etc.
+ Reviewing & supervising post-payroll tasks including:
+ Preparing payments: advances, net pay, Social Security etc.
+ Providing various excel files / payroll reports required by stakeholders.
+ Establish and improve quality relationship with stakeholders through:
+ Dealing with enquiries from employees, managers and other internal & external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
+ Maintaining a day-to-day cooperation with the payroll provider & our internal partners.
+ Liaising with external stakeholders (Government agencies, 3rd party vendors etc.)
+ Perform non-cyclical tasks including:
+ Reviewing Year End declarations
+ Dealing with ad-hoc data requests
+ Completing payroll project work as required
+ Working with payroll provider for testing requirements
**Requirements:**
+ Fluent German
+ Communicative English
+ Solid German payroll knowledge, supported by relevant experience
+ Knowledge of SAP Payroll / Globalview / euHReka /Workday will be an advantage
+ Ability to learn & adopt to changes quickly
+ Ability to stay motivated
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working towards strict deadlines
+ Strong Excel (vlookup & PIVOT are essential)
+ Team player
