In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met by considering price, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply. Responsible for the timely delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages. Set up new vendors in the ERP system. Keep procurement activities aligned with internal policies and external regulations. Ensure proper alignment of the inbound supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units. Provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement. Support major procurement functions with increasing responsibilities involving multiple commercial projects simultaneously with domestic and international suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related courses. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Basic understanding of MRP, ERP, and SRM systems and tools, and multi-level BOMs. Familiarity with basic commodities. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience in using Oracle or other similar applications for data entry.
