We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Ciudad de México. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Reinsurance Compliance Analyst will focus on the monitoring of internal controls and policies, as well as audit issues, and will support the review of planned internal audit functions.
We will count on you to:
Oversee and ensure compliance with established internal controls and policies.Assist in the conduct of internal audits and process reviews.Prepare reports on audit findings and the status of controls.Analyse the potential impact of the lack of controls in the organization.What you need to have:
Degree in actuarial science, business administration or related fields.At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in audit or compliance.Advanced English ideally.Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.What makes you stand out:
