Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior S&OP Analyst to join our team. The Senior S&OP Analyst will be responsible for leading and optimizing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment of sales forecasts with operational plans. This role requires advanced analytical skills, deep knowledge of supply chain management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP framework.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to gather data, insights, and inputs for demand forecasting and planning.
+ Utilize advanced statistical modelling, trend analysis, and market research to develop accurate sales forecasts for multiple planning horizons (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
+ Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and market demands to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process, identifying opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
+ Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on S&OP performance, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
About you:
+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, and 5+ years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience . Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, IBF) is a plus.
+ You have proven experience as a Senior S&OP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on strategic demand planning and continuous improvement within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
+ You have advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools; experience with statistical analysis and forecasting software preferred (e.g. John Galt).
+ You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
+ You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $104,000 - $132,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
