Your Mission:
Join ClearEdge as a Senior Analytic Software Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of analyzing and developing complex software solutions. You’ll work directly with customers in a highly collaborative environment, gathering requirements, modifying software to meet performance standards, and developing new features. Your role will also involve integrating existing software into modified systems, developing algorithms, and creating data queries to enhance system performance.
This role includes leading Agile development processes, participating in sprint cycles, and developing big data cloud computing workflows.You will excel in this role if you are:Eager to collaborate closely in an integrated team environmentPassionate about developing software solutions that meet complex performance standardsExperienced in analyzing and improving software systems and workflowsA day in the life consists of:Analyzing user requirements to develop software designs and improve performanceModifying existing software for new hardware, performance, and error correctionDeveloping algorithms and integrating software into new operating environmentsParticipating in Agile software development, including sprint planning and code reviewsLeading the development team in developing and deploying complex software systemsMust haves:TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, orAssociate’s degree plus 10 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experienceProficiency in Java and Python for analytics developmentExperience working with Jupyter Notebooks and MapReduceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in a mission-driven environmentNice to have:Familiarity with customer corporate tools and data repositoriesExperience with large-scale data processing and analytics in cyber and SIGINT domainsKnowledge of advanced optimization techniques for analytics developmentAbout us: We are an experienced advanced analytic development company providing Cyber solutions to current and emerging missions.
