Senior Analytics Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.


In this role, you will:

Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancementsLead or participate on large cross group projectsMentor less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLeverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Overall 6+ years of experience in analytiStrong hands on knowledge on SQL/ advance SQL , Database, Tableau/Power BI /Power Apps and Excel,  Python. Preferably experience with financial institution on reporting and analytics function. Knowledge of Pyspark  and big data is desirableUnderstanding of basic statistics  and any programming knowledge such as SAS/ REducation: Preferably masters in Applied Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research. Graduate in Engineering
