About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant on the Personal Lending Data, Analytics & Reporting Team as a part of Consumer Lending.
This individual will assist in Strategic Roadmap initiatives that lead our data environments to one source, and eventually to the Cloud environment. The role will support all areas across Personal Lending including Product, Marketing, Operations, Shared Services, Credit Risk and Finance as well as partner with the Analytics, Campaign Marketing, and Reporting verticals delivering across these critical areas:

B.A./B.S. degree (preferably in Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Sciences); post graduate degree nice to have.4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Experience in SQL or SAS or Business Objects or SSIS/SSRS.Experience in developing and creating BI dashboards using Tableau, working on end to end reports, deriving insights from data.Knowledge of MS-Excel.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill

Strong understanding of Management Reporting. Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries
