**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer to lead the development of high-quality, de-coupled front-end application modernization project. The primary focus of this role will be on leveraging Angular to build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly applications that integrate seamlessly with back-end services. A solid understanding of service architecture and experience with .NET or similar technologies is a plus, as you will work closely with back-end teams to ensure a cohesive application structure. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using Angular (latest versions). + Implement reusable, scalable components and ensure modularity in application design. + Integrate Angular front-end with back-end services, ensuring seamless data flow. + Work alongside cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. + Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Ensure high-quality code and performance through code reviews and testing. + Maintain and enhance application architecture in alignment with best practices for decoupled systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs promptly. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years working extensively with Angular. + Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. + Strong experience in designing and building scalable, decoupled front-end solutions. + Understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture. + Familiarity with .NET (C#) or equivalent back-end frameworks, with a willingness to collaborate closely with back-end developers. + Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge of best practices for front-end security, accessibility, and performance. + Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with full-stack development, especially in .NET, is a plus. + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GithHub actions and containerized environments + Previous experience in mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews. **Location: Prefer candidate in the DC Metro Area. May need to work on site once or twice a month.
