The Senior Antenna / RF Engineer is responsible for designing and developing new aircraft antenna products from concept to production. He/she will research new antenna designs and upgrade current designs to meet ever-expanding customer requirements. They will perform computer aided design and analysis utilizing state of the art software packages. He/she will help troubleshoot manufacturing problems and improve process yields as well as manufacturing efficiencies. They will assist in writing Technical Proposals to win contracts and bring in new projects. Qualifications Needed: + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; MSEE or PhD in EE preferred + Minimum 7 years' experience with VHF/UHF/L/S/C and Band antennas. RF Antenna design engineering experience in the aerospace industry a plus. + HFSS software experience and Hardware Implementation experience required + Advanced problem solving skills to follow a project through from conception to design, to finished product. + Great people skills to be able to interact with effectively with customers, management, Quality Control Engineers, project team members, as well as workers on the shop floor. + Implementation of conformal techniques and SMART/ Reconfigurable Antenna knowledge a plus.
