Senior Application Developer
JOB ROLE SUMMARY:
Delivering functional Workday HCM Management solutions (Customizations, Workflows, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement). Provide day-to-day Workday financials support requests and incidents. Cross-functional engagement within the Finance, HR and Payroll functions as well as Integration and Data Services teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate with business partners and document their Workday Support issuesLog Workday Support Desk tickets and coordinate their resolutionWorkday HCMs Administration and MaintenanceModify and create Workday ReportsWorkday Business Process ConfigurationResearch issues in Workday CommunityLog and Manage Workday Brainstorm requests for new features and functionalityLog and Manage issues with Workday Customer CareTrack new features in Workday Update releases, and understand impact to Acxiom's business processesWork with Business Process Owner to develop and step through test scripts to evaluate new releases of WorkdayDevelop and document procedures for business processesDocument policies and procedures for Workday support tasksWorkday Upgrades/New Features ManagementSupport IT SOX Audit requests, as they relate to Workday HCM ERP System

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

3 - 5 years’ Workday HCM Competencies with a seasoned tenant (preferably in Recruiting and/or Compensation Modules)2+ years’ Experience with HCM report writingA customer driven approach and good customer management skillsAbility to multi-task, be highly organized, and work independentlyAbility to identify problems and apply creative solutionsAbility to communicate among technical and non-technical employees, and process orientation skillsStrong English Communication Skills both verbally and non-verballyAbility to learn new concepts quickly, and apply them in work environmentFamiliar with Agile and ITIL conceptsProficient in Excel
