Job Description Insight Global is seeking a senior Application Developer for a financial services client in Virginia Beach, VA. The Senior App Developer will develop automation, integration, and business process applications primarily using the Azure cloud platform. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Develop and implement applications using Microsoft Azure Private and Public Cloud solutions, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Service Now  Develop and manage integrations between Cloud, On-Premises, and 3rd-party systems  Develop repeatable, reusable, and automated processes to facilitate the operations for multiple lines of business and multiple areas of Technology Services (including DevOps, SecOps, ITOps, etc)  Re-Develop PowerShell Scripts to Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions  Create and Consume Web Service based APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)  Design and Develop User Interfaces  Manage the entire application development lifecycle  Monitoring application and system performance  Assist with database design and logical application design  Create and modify technical documentation representing the design, workflow, and topology of new and existing applications  Administer Managed File Transfers  Participate in weekly Stand-Up Meetings and On-Call Support rotation  Practice Secure by design  Serve as a subject matter expert in consulting with leadership on cloud services and solutions and technical lead and subject matter expert on projects  Partner with other technical architecture teams to provide technical education and designing consultation  Prepare and deliver presentations and demos of concepts and solutions to leadership for review  Develop business cases and charters on potential projects  Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
