Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Good Understanding of P&C Domain Claims application Handling Incidents Responding to and resolving issues or outages as quickly. Perform RCA Available to agree with external vendors as needed. Continuous build and deployment support by running the release of new features. Build and Develop SOAP/REST Services Strong OOPS knowledge and, Python, NodeJS and Guidewire PCF and GosuRequired Qualifications
Strong Support and Batch monitoring experience. Incident management and Triage Data back up and recovery plan and release plan experience. Data management and a proficient technical background. Strong business P&C claims knowledge.Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for the position is between $55,350 – $82,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
