Overview SOS International LLC is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst (NETOPS Tools) in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in providing cutting edge services in support of the government customer. Essential Job Duties Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN-related network performance and monitoring applications, including Cisco management tools, BMC TrueSight, Broadcom DX NetOPS, Junos Space, and RSA Authentication Manager. Define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding for moderately complex information systems development or modifications. Troubleshoot unique issues, determine root causes, and provide solutions in collaboration with various parties. Proactively troubleshoot and assist third parties to resolve technical issues. Work in a team environment to manage product and resource installation for WAN and LAN network-based services. Apply DISA STIGs to relevant applications. Participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation after 90 days or account access completion. Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills to interface effectively with customers and leadership. Minimum Requirements Active in scope SECRET clearance HS +8 years of experience, or AA/AS +6 or BA/BS +4 An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required Knowledge with application administration to include installation, maintenance, user management, and troubleshooting. Preferred Qualifications Network certification (Network+/CCNA) is preferred. CSSP IS certification (CEH/CySA+) is preferred. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
