What you’ll do
Manage and administer key CX applications, ensuring optimal performance across sales, marketing, and post-sales environments Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for core CX platforms while coordinating with vendors when necessary Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of development, testing, and production environments, developing and owning the optimal environment strategy Drive DevOps activities, including documentation, release planning, and deployment management to ensure smooth and efficient updates with minimal business disruption Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and integrate sales, marketing, and post-sales applications, ensuring alignment with business needs Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their technical and operational growth within the organizationYour experience
7+ years relevant work experience system administration and application management within the CX domain and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Gainsight, and other CX platforms Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications in Marketo are a plus Strong understanding of deployment methodologies and tools to ensure seamless application updates Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Eagerness to stay updated with emerging CX technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives#ZEOLife at Zuora
