JOB SUMMARY
This position will play a key role on the enGen Virtual Health IT / Telemedicine team that will primarily be accountable for ensuring highly available applications such as Vidyo, eCare Manager, TeleDoc, and Avasure. These applications allow our Doctors to interact with the patient regarding assessments, consultations and clinical monitoring. This role will facilitate our virtual health offering by allowing us to provide and support these tools to facilitate remote workflows for our hospital clinicians. This results-oriented job requires a solid understanding of Windows Server environments and a reasonable understanding of hospital departments and their functions. The core responsibilities of this role are to: 1) Install, Upgrade, and Manage the above listed applications in all test and production environments 2) Provide support in the event of unexpected downtimes, and 3) Provide problem determination, performance, enhancement, and capacity planning for our telemedicine solutions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes a lead role in performing more complex operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including, but not limited to, network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.Takes a lead role in performing more complex analyses and resolution of problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.Takes a lead role in completing more complex project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. Takes a lead role to assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.Other duties as assigned or requested.QUALIFICATIONS
