Senior Applications Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM - ORC (Techno-Functional)
Job description:

The Oracle Cloud HCM ORC Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams and interact with business and understand their pain areas, co-ordinate with them, help in testing. Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules and is able to lead the discussions, guide the team

KEY Responsibilities:

Guide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challengesPerform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues , co-ordinate with PaaS technical team and other module leadsDesign and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applicationsOversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release managementManage scope by identifying and proposing change requestsContribute to Capgemini’s Oracle HCM Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.

Required Skills:

6 – 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projectsPrimary Modules: Oracle HCM ORC, Core HRSecondary Modules: Learning, Security, Fast formula, Helpdesk, Talent ManagementExperience designing solutions that include PaaSStrong consulting experience and business analytical skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple assignmentsImplementation in global environments or international experienceGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersAuto completionFast FormulasApproval workflow configurationBI Publisher report for Job offers / Contracts / Employment Letters, Preboarding tasksCustom Dashboard to view TA data by Recruiting teamCareer Site Developer Skills - java script, java, htmlBatch job / Transformation formula

Nice to Have Skills:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science Two active Oracle Cloud CertificationsLife at Capgemini
