Complete Description:
The Department of Health (DOH) seeks a skilled Senior Architect to assist the Office of Quality Assurance. Activities include:
• Collaborate closely with executives, business analysts and subject matter experts to come up with solutions that are achievable and realistic given time and budget constraints.
• Create storyboards, flows, wireframes, mockups, and experience prototypes to guide development.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Conduct research and address technology constraints.
• Design interfaces for multiple platforms that scale and extend elegantly.
• Create holistic design solutions for desktop, web and mobile that address business goals and user requirements.
• Code front-end designs for user testing and engineering hand-off.
This engagement consists of 40-hour work weeks.

Ability to distill complex concepts and then quickly turn around rigorous flows and mockups reflecting a range of simple, elegant, dynamic, and tech

Have a solid grasp of current HTML, JavaScript, and CSS standards and practices, including HTML5 and CSS3

Familiarity with industry standard frameworks

Experience in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interface, Graphic Design, or other design field or equivalent professional experience

Strong conceptual understanding of how desktop and web applications function, including a grasp of relevant technologies
