Roles and Responsibilities of Proposed Test Automation Architect:Be Member of the MR SW Architecture group.Define, Own and Formulate the automation test strategy for a product/subsystem/Component of all MR SW Programs.Own and execute the estimation, planning and risk management activities related to test automation.Provide technical guidance, review support to the automation team.Participates in Review of automation deliverables.Propose to team on suitable test automation approach.Automation test case development, review, execution, reporting and traceabilityManages technical communication within team and partners/stakeholdersParticipates in automation improvement initiatives to enhance productivityLook for the opportunities of test automation in the assigned areas.Drive the automation work within the team & aim to achieve committed automation coverageOwnership of Test automation for the scope of work responsible.Mentor the junior testers on automation as Subject Matter Expert (SME).Provide status update to management on overall automation progress Skills & Experience:Bachelor degree in engineering or other relevant discipline10+ years of experience on test discipline, test strategy, test automationExperience in healthcare industry is preferred.Hands on Experience with automation framework development is preferredVery strong Programming skills (preferably C# & Python) is a must.Good experience on automation tools, scripting languages is requiredExpertise in automation test strategy, test design skills and should be able to guide the team.Strong work Experience with BDD, Gherkin, Specflow, Visual Studio, N unit framework and API testing is a must.Strong work Experience with DevSecOps-CI/CD is a must.Strong experience in Software life cycle management tools like ALM/TFS used for Verification activities.Should Possess good knowledge in functional, performance, reliability and load testing through automation.Should Possess good knowledge in development, testing and debugging skills is a must######################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################3 Must have skills:Automation Test Architect (10-15 years in Healthcare/Medical devices)drive the automation team by designing the end user perspective workflows/use cases by looking in to end user logs and then automate them by using existing automation framework
