Job Summary

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Architect with experience developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our engineers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong, so we can fix it, and what we’re doing right, so we can improve on it. Location: · Primary Location: Irving, TX Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Material UI Object Oriented JavaScript Vite JS Angular 9-12 Next JS React JS TypeScript CSS3 Node js and HTML 5.

· Oversee the architectural integrity and scalability of the applications.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Maintain code quality organization and automation.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

· 15+ years of experience in architecture.

· Possess a deep understanding of Material UI Object Oriented JavaScript Vite JS Angular 9-12 Next JS React JS TypeScript CSS3 Node js and HTML 5.

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

· Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

· Show experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus.

· Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.

· Hold a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
