Boutique architectural practice focused on high-end residential projects. Seeking a full time Senior Architect with outstanding boutique residential design experience through all phases.The right candidate will have proven design skills with strong attention to contemporary and traditional detail. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills essential. Minimum of 10 years' experience. Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred.

This leading practice based in Sydney, requires self-motivating individuals with excellent technical detailing skills who are able to hit the ground running and work independently and with initiative. You will be working on a variety of exciting projects including high-end residential.

Skills and Experience

Proven design skills with strong attention to contempory and traditional detail Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and documentation Strong project management skills with a demonstrated understanding of productivity as well as timeline and cost control Proficiency in Vectorworks Excellent communication and inter-personal skills applied to client liaison and interface with external consultants skills in similar high-end residential projects Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment 10 years' experience working as an architect High level of enthusiasm for the proactive delivery of quality architectural services.
