If you love the idea of working in a Fintech company with the environment and excitement of a start-up where you are making everyday impact - then read on.    Job Responsibilities: Review requirements and architect the solution.  Lead scrum team to deliver the tasks assigned as per committed timeline Contribute to software design, development, and deployment within a Scrum team. Review and ensure delivery of good quality code Good collaboration skills within and across teams Adhere to best practices and company standards for software development and documentation. Write automation and integration test scripts. Address production issues promptly Break down complex problems into manageable tasks. Mentor junior team members Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. Develop plugins, workflows, and applications using C# and .NET. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and manage data migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 applications. Maintain technical documentation. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates and identify system improvement opportunities. 
Required Qualifications   10+ years of professional software development experience Expertise in .Net framework/.Net Core, C#, NuGet and GIT In-depth experience in SQL and relational database best practices  Unit and Integration testing experience Experience in refactoring code Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development. Experience with data migration and integration using tools like Microsoft Power Platform, SSIS etc.  Knowledge of SQL Server and SSRS for report development. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
