Senior Architectural Designer

Job Description: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer with a strong background in corporate interiors. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in designing and managing corporate interior projects from concept to completion. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent technical skills and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for corporate interior projects, including conceptual design, space planning, and detailed design development.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.7-10 years of experience in corporate interior design.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of corporate interior projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Professional licensure or certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00

This is a fully onsite position in Stamford,CT.
