For our team in Westlakes Ind. Estate we are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist.

You will be responsible for\:

Production of GAs and CS&A Technical Specification and input to / production of the Study Report and PFS / Scope of Work during scoping stages. Delivery of Architectural GAs, Detailed Drawings, technical coordination of specialist design subcontractors, Technical Specification and input in to project an CDM documentation during detailed design stages Liaison with stakeholders such as System Engineers, roofing / cladding suppliers, Construction Managers, Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, Protective Security Managers etc. Site visits and inspections, and identification of defects and possible solutions. Selection of an appropriate roofing / cladding / paint system. Review of contractor deliverables during detailed design and support to CS&A RE for acceptance. Answering engineering queries during detailed design and installation. Supporting site inspections during installation *

Requirements

Experience with and knowledge of roofing and cladding systems and specifications. Experience dealing with and managing stakeholders. A strong understanding of the challenges faced working on asset care tasks in the nuclear sector (preferred). Proficient user of MS Office suite and AutoCAD
