As a Senior Art Director for Epsilon, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative and engaging digital designs that resonate with our clients and drive results. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, coupled with a passion for digital marketing, will enable you to contribute significantly to our team's success.

Creative Eye: A strong sense of aesthetic, typography, and information design, combined with a hands-on understanding of fundamental digital marketing principles.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-relevant multimedia software and programs.Concept Development: The ability to generate solid creative concepts and execute on direction from ACD or CD.Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset that understands the value of briefs and can leverage digital technology to enhance creative ideas.Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with creative team members to develop innovative and on-strategy ideas.Time Management: Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Client Focus: The ability to partner with the account team to address client needs and ensure designs align with the overall strategy.

Why You Might Stand Out from Other Talent:

Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.Design Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular emphasis on Adobe XD and Figma.Agency Background: Preferred experience working in creative agencies or professional services environments.Team Management: Experience managing and mentoring teams, including offshore teams.Education: Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Portfolio: The ability to showcase a strong portfolio of digital design work.Professional Development: A commitment to continuous learning and applying company policies and procedures to resolve various issues.
