Job Overview: We are seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer with a deep technical understanding of creating and maintaining infrastructure for newly adopted AI platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior AI programmers to deploy and manage new AI platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and integration into our existing systems. As a key member of our core engagement team, this individual will be responsible for orchestrating the efforts of architects, engineers, and developers to conceive, design, and construct AI platform solutions, as well as adeptly navigating project impediments as they emerge.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement infrastructure solutions for AI platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Collaborate with senior AI programmers to understand AI model requirements and deploy them efficiently.Maintain and optimize AI platform infrastructure to support the development and deployment of AI applications.Develop automation tools and frameworks to streamline the deployment and management of AI platforms.Monitor AI platforms and infrastructure to proactively address issues and ensure continuous availability.Document infrastructure design, maintenance procedures, and best practices

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning platforms.Strong knowledge of cloud computing services, containerization technologies, and orchestration tools.Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field and/or or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

Other Qualifications: 

As per MUFG’s work policy, must work onsite 4 days and 1 day remotely from either Tampa, FL or Tempe, AZ (Tempe is highly preferred).

The typical base pay range for this role is between $155K - $185K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
